Trimmable Floor Truss Elements and Sizing
Designed for maximum flexibility, our trimmable floor trusses are adjustable up to 6 inches on both ends, include a chase, and are bottom chord bearing.
The trimmable ends enable precise on-site adjustments, ensuring a perfect fit every time while the integrated chase offers a dedicated pathway for essential utilities, such as plumbing pipes, electrical wires, or HVAC ducts, seamlessly running through the truss structure—ideal for floor systems requiring services to pass between rooms. Additionally, these trusses are bottom-chord-bearing, meaning they are engineered to rest on their bottom chord, atop a wall plate or sill, much like a standard floor joist.
